Return & Refund Policy
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Ordinary Returns
Items returned because you changed your mind must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain return authorization and instructions before sending an item. The authorized return address is 1 Rue Du Chateau, 45200 Montargis, France.
Return Shipping
For incorrect, damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping to our return address in France.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order information and a description of the issue. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not prevent us from reviewing damage, defects or fulfillment mistakes. We will provide the appropriate return and resolution instructions.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected and the refund is approved, the funds will be refunded automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
