Where do you ship?
We ship free to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
When should my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit. The estimated total is 4–6 business days. Orders after the 7 PM fixed UTC−06:00 cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
How do I choose a size?
Compare your body measurements with the body-size guide and check the separate garment measurements on each product page. All measurements are shown in centimeters and inches.
How should I care for my jacket?
Follow the care instructions on the specific product page and the garment care label. Instructions vary by composition and decorative construction.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Contact support before sending the item.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for incorrect, damaged or defective items. You pay for change-of-mind return shipping to our authorized address in France. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return and approve the refund, it is refunded to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
What currency is used?
Prices and checkout amounts are in USD. Shipping is free within the supported area and tax displayed at checkout is $0.00.
